That meaning can be found in the stories I tell of couples getting married in incredible places, or a family nesting together with their newborn baby. These stories exist in fashion and portrait shoots as well. They are the stories of my clients on a journey to self-love, creative expression, and honoring the road that brought them here.

I'm a live-in-the-moment type of gal, who finds joy in the small things of life. I like making everyday moments and rituals as pretty and fun and meaningful as possible. I like collecting experiences, eating great food, trying new things, seeing new places, and most importantly, connecting with people.

For me to realize that my passion has way less to do with WHAT I'm doing and more about doing it with my people. If it's creative, fun, and brings me closer to my loved ones...that's all I care about. Be it music, decorating, gardening, a chill afternoon with a friend, or one of the 20 other projects I'm always working on, I love bringing all my passions together whenever and however I can.

First, this is Jesse. He's funny, absurdly cheap, a die-hard Liverpool fan, rock-climber, and one of those people who can bull-shit his way through any conversation. He sees the good in life and in people. But what made me love him most was that he loves in action, not just words, and he's not interested in getting any credit for all he does.

We were both born and raised in Utah along with a serious addiction to the outdoors. Where else can you boat in the summer, ski in the winter, camp in pine filled mountains and bike through mind boggling red rock formations?? It's an actual paradise. We also love rock-climbing, family jam sessions (we're both musicians), and feel absolutely no shame spending our date nights at Costco and then hunkering down for a good binge. We've got 3 boys. Elliot is 7, River almost 4, and six month old Leo. I'm the oldest of 4 little brothers, so I've experienced this chaos before. Just not as the mom. WILD is a criminal understatement. And to make matters worse, we still try and do all the hobbies and activities we've always done. It's always the same. We drag the kids out, we hate ourselves for doing it, and wonder every night at bed time why we can't just stay at home like normal families. But then we look back on the photos, somehow the bad fades and the good stays- and soon we're off on another adventure.

And at the end of the day it's exactly these feelkngs of love & intimacy that inspire me the most and that push me as an artist. Snuggling on our cushion of habit in the living room, the kids with their marshmallow chocolate faces around the fire, doing the Saturday chores together, dance parties in the kitchen...these are the things that make my life meaningful. These are the types of feelings I want to capture for people because these are the moments worth remembering forever.

Good storytelling starts at the very, very beginning. My first steps into the world of photography started with my frustration that a photo never seems to do justice to the magical outdoor spaces I spend so much time in. Over time, I've learned that the beauty of landscape photos is that I get to focus my lens on the pieces of nature that draw me. I get to tell the story of the ripples, the waves, the growth, and the color changes from my point of view. This is my worship. My church. My way of honoring and giving thanks to the planet I call home.
